Machine Gun Kelly wields flamethrower at 'Project X' party shut down by police
Machine Gun Kelly brought chaos to his neighbourhood when a wild party got so out of hand that police arrived via helicopter to shut it down.
The 33-year-old musician - who celebrates his birthday today and has an on-off relationship with actress Megan Fox, 36 - had a gathering at a house where he was testing out a flamethrower in the middle fo the night.
The singer - whose real name is Colson Baker - drew the attention of the authorities who arrived in the sky above and ordered everyone to leave the scene.
MGK himself seemed perplexed when the cops demanded his party was over as he professed he was only having a small gathering.

Videos showed him standing outside his house while brandishing the flamethrower as a chopper could be heard flapping overhead.
A voice from the skies declared: “Party’s over” and “You guys need to leave” as the police demanded the celebrations be terminated.
The camera panned upwards to show a helicopter hovering overhead and shining a powerful searchlight onto the ground.
Sharing the dramatic footage online, Machine Gun Kelly wrote: “I just told some people to come over.”
Comedian and TV show writer Whitney Cummings claimed to be the one responsible for supplying the military assault weapon.
She wrote in response to the singer’s post: “I can’t tell if I’m your best friend or worst enemy.”
And on her own Instagram stories, she added: “Say what you want about me but I do give amazing gifts. Flame thrower courtesy of yours truly.”
On Machine Gun Kelly’s Instagram Stories, he shared more footage of himself posing with the weapon.
Fire was emanating from the tip of the flamethrower when he opened a door to go into the property he was partying in.
He wrote: “Thanks for the gift @whitneycummings clearly I’m responsible enough to have one of these.”

PROJECT X was a film released in 2012 and showed Thomas Mann’s character throw an epic house party which got wildly out of control leading to a riot and police arriving to disband the chaotic party.
In the aftermath of the movie, many out-of control house parties were deemed to have been inspired by the film.
