Taylor Swift fans slam Starbucks over 'sexist' promotion amid Joe Alwyn split
Starbucks has been forced to apologise after Taylor Swift fans hit out at their "gross" and "misogynistic" promotion following the singer's split with Joe Alwyn.
One store tried to make light of the breakup and decided to put up a sign asking their customers: "Which Taylor Swift ex are you?"
The options available were Harry Styles, Joe Jonas, Tom Hiddleston, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Calvin Harris and Joe Alwyn.
Each name had a drink option beneath, such as hot vanilla latte and decaf americano.
Sharing a picture of the sign on Twitter, Swifties slammed Starbucks and said the promotion was done "in such poor taste."

"Which location is this??? I want to give one star rating to this place," another said, while a third insisted: "Okay where is this i’m kicking it down."
"The way people are immediately going back to the misogynistic comments about her dating life as if she didn’t just get out of a 6 year relationship??!! Like I thought we were done with that this is so sad," one fan commented.
Responding to the criticism, Starbucks assured people that the sign had been removed.
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This certainly doesn’t uphold our mission and values, and the sign been taken down by the store," they tweeted.
Taylor and Joe are said to have gone their separate ways after six years together, having struggled to make things work.
Taylor is said to be doing okay following her reported split from the British actor, with a source saying it was very "amicable".
"The relationship had just run its course. It's why [Joe] hasn't been spotted at any shows," the insider added, with Page Six claiming that the pair broke up "a few weeks ago."
The pair hadn't been pictured together for about five months having last been spotted together in New York in October.
Another insider told the Daily Mail : "The bottom line for the difficulties in their relationship was that Taylor’s career took priority over Joe’s – which can be awkward for a couple when it’s not balanced.

The source claimed the actor had been finding it tough to properly break into Hollywood as a main star while he was dating one of the world's most famous women.
