Jonathan Majors 'charged with assault and harassment' as he vows to clear name
Jonathan Majors has reportedly been charged with assault following an incident last weekend which saw him arrested in New York.
The actor, 33, was arrested for reportedly assaulting a woman following a domestic dispute. And it's now said the Creed III star is facing charges following the incident.
He is said to have been involved in an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman, though a representative for Majors denied any wrongdoing by the actor.
However, the Marvel star was arraigned on Sunday on a number of assault and harassment charges.
The charges in question are said to be several counts of assault in the third degree, three counts of attempted assault in the third degree, one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, and one count harassment in the second degree.

However, a representative for Majors said "he has done nothing wrong".
In a statement to the Associated Press, they added: "We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.
His criminal defense lawyer Priya Chaudhry added: "We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently."
They have claimed there is footage from the vehicle in which the incident is said to have taken place which will help his case.

Police responded to an incident on Saturday at around 11am to a 911 call inside an apartment in the Manhattan neighbourhood of Chelsea.
"The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident.
"The victim sustained minor injuries to her head and neck and was removed to an area hospital in stable condition," a spokesperson for the NYPD said in a statement.
