Helen Skelton jokes she's 'ruining son's life' in post about single mum life
Helen Skelton shared a glimpse at the realities of being a mother and joked she's "ruining her kids' lives".
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 39, recently celebrated Mother's Day with her children - Ernie, Louis, and Elsie Kate - as well as her mum, Janet.
In the celebratory black-and-white photo shared on Instagram, the family smiled for the camera during their outing at a theatre.
"Happy Mothers Day. No words needed," she captioned the post.
Not long after, the Countryfile star took to her Instagram Stories to show the difficult side of parenting.

On International Women's Day, Helen took to her social media to pay tribute to her daughter Elsie.
She shared a photo of her 14-month-old toddler and her brother Louis, five, surrounded by play apparatus at a leisure centre.

She shares her children with ex-partner Richie Myler - who is expecting a baby with his new girlfriend.

Richie recently shared a photo of his girlfriend - who is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.
The photo, which he posted on Instagram - showcased Stephanie's baby bump as the couple are expecting their first child together.

Helen announced she had separated from Richie last year in a statement shared online.
"Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple," she wrote.
"He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co parent our small children."
