Amanda Bynes' parents have reacted to her latest breakdown following their conservatorship battle.

It has been reported that the child star's parents are not seeking to put her under another conservatorship.

Amanda's parents, Lynn and Rick, are thought to be concerned about their daughter's wellbeing and health but another conservatorship isn't on the table.

Amanda has been placed on psychiatric hold after she was found wandering the streets naked and alone, according to reports.

The 36-year-old actress is said to have been seen walking near downtown Los Angeles in the early hours of Sunday morning.

She apparently flagged down a car and told the person driving that she "coming down from a psychotic episode", before she called 911 for herself.

The star was reportedly then taken to a nearby police station where a mental health team decided to place her on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

A 5150 is a legal action from the CA Welfare and Institutions Code which allows a qualified officer to confine someone against their will for 72 hours, though this can be extended.

The person will be fully assessed for their mental health status during this time.

Amanda is said to be receiving treatment in hospital following the incident and will stay there for several days.

A source told TMZ that Amanda was not hurt during the ordeal.

This came after Amanda was forced to pull out of reuniting with the cast of All That on Saturday due to an "unknown illness".

The actress was due to appear at 90s Con over the weekend, but had to cancel last minute according to That's 4 Entertainment.

Her co-stars Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli and Lori Beth Denberg were at the convention.

Amanda told People just two months ago that she was looking forward to "meeting the fans" 23 years after the original show ended.
