Amanda Bynes debuted her new look after undergoing eyelid surgery.
The former teen actress took to social media to to address comments about her changing appearance and confessed that the blepharoplasty procedure was "one of the best things I could have ever done for my self-confidence." The 37-year-old had blue-dyed eyebrows, a heart tattoo on her left cheek and bright blonde hair.
"I saw a couple of stories online that say I have a new look and I was never open about this before. I actually had blepharoplasty surgery on the skin folds in the corners of my eyes. So I don't have those skin folds anymore," she confessed.

Amanda went on to explain that the procedure boosted her "self-confidence" and made her "feel a lot better in my skin." She added: "I feel a lot better now about myself and I'm so glad I had the blepharoplasty surgery. It was one of the greatest things I could have ever done."

Amanda spoke candidly about scars on the right side of her face which aren't visible unless in "bright light." The update comes after the former Hairspray star announced the release of her debut podcast episode with her friend, Paul Sieminski, titled Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast.
She shared a snap on Instagram of herself with her co-host as well as their first guest and tattoo artist, Dahlia Moth. Earlier this year, Amanda was placed on psychiatric hold after she was found wandering the streets naked and alone, according to reports. The 36-year-old actress is said to have been seen walking near downtown Los Angeles in the early hours of the morning.
Amanda reportedly flagged down a passing car and told the driver that she was "coming down from a psychotic episode", before calling 911 for herself. She was reportedly then taken to a nearby police station where a mental health team decided to place her on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
