Hairy Bikers star Si King shares news as fans left gutted by show update
Hairy Bikers star Simon 'Si' King has delighted fans thanks to an 'exciting' new announcement.
The BBC star and his co-star Dave Myers devastated fans earlier this month, as they shared the news their TV show has come to an end after just eight episodes.
But taking to social media following the sad news, Si delighted his followers as he revealed his next solo venture away from his co-star Dave.
The pair have recently starred in their Hairy Bikers Go Local series which aired on BBC, but told viewers on January 16: "Sadly, the series has come to an end.
"We hope you enjoyed the series and the journey we went through with each episode, we look forward to seeing you on your telly sometimes soon."

Fans rushed to the comments to express their disappointment that the show was wrapped up and to offer some critique, too.
Thankfully, Si has some news to cheer disappointed fans up.

"Ooh yes I’ll be over in july woohoo xxx," one fan told the star, as another added: ""This has absolutely made my weekend!! Was really hoping you were going to be at Tunbridge Wells!!"
Pub in the Park is the brainchild of celebrity chef Tom Kerridge, who aims each year for the festival to celebrate everything there is to love about the glorious British pub.
As he promoted the upcoming event on Twitter last week, Tom told his fans: "Don’t forget, you’ve got loads of amazing restaurants cooking up the most delicious food paired with some proper feel-good tunes too! Summertime here we come. "
Elsewhere in the world of the Hairy Bikers duo, Si's co-star Dave gave an update to fans earlier this month as he continues to receive treatment for cancer.
He told well-wishers how he is is "doing kinda all right" after being diagnosed with cancer last year at the age of 64.
