Noel Radford breaks down as he makes alarming discovery about his past
22 Kids & Counting star Noel Radford was left in tears after making an alarming discovery about his past during the final episode of the show.
Noel and his wife Sue appear in the hit Channel 5 show alongside their 22 children and are also grandparents to nine and have seven dogs.
The couple, who live in a huge 10 bed home in Lancashire, have not ruled out having anymore children as they are the UK's biggest family.
Both Noel and Sue were adopted as babies and the latest episode followed Noel as he delved into his past.
He wanted to find out more about his birth parents, despite not having any intertest in doing so before, due to one of his daughter's falling ill.

Noel and Sue have the biggest family in the UK (Channel 5)“We are both adopted but I don’t think it’s affected our relationship in any way, we are just normal people and that’s it," Noel said on the show.
Their daughter Ellie, 17, fell ill and after a trip to the doctors, they found her liver function was high.
Elie was diagnosed with a hereditary condition that is passed through genetics, that's called Gilbert's Syndrome.
The couple both took DNA tests to find out more about their birth families (Channel 5)Sue said: "Basically Gilbert's Syndrome is hereditary, it’s genetic, it can get passed on, so she said either I’m a carrier or Noel is a carrier. It might mean that some of the other children might have it."
The diagnosis prompted the couple to get tested themselves.
It led to Noel questioning who his real parents are, saying: “We’re both adopted, we know nothing about our medical history.

Sue didn't want to know anything further about her own birth parents.
After getting a DNA test, Noel explained: “I don’t really know much about my biological family so something like this will shed a bit of light about what the history might bring, health wise.
Noel's test led to him finding out more about his birth (Channel 5)“It might tell me a bit more about who I am, where I’m from, possibly my birth parents. Now as I’m getting older, I do think about it a bit more often.”

He held back tears as he admitted he had never wanted to delve further into his past because of his positive relationship with his adoptive parents.
Noel's DNA test showed he had been born in Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport.
Noel and Sue with their children (instagram)His birth date was the same as his birthday, to Noel's relief that it hadn't been changed during the adoption process.
"My birth mum was 16, so she’s about 68 or 69 now. There’s a good chance she’s still alive and kicking. Hopefully she is. I don’t know the situation she was in."
It appears that Noel is set to dig even deeper into his past in series 4 of the show.
