Demand for Maybelline's Lash Sensational Sky High soared in 2021, when the hashtag #skyhighmascara racked up millions of views on TikTok. Many users of the video sharing app compared the results of the mascara to lash extensions - and this sent beauty fans rushing to get their hands on it.

The much-loved beauty buy has also received more than 10,000 five-star reviews from makeup fans on Amazon, where it is the number one bestselling mascara.

One reviewer said: "My lashes are very short and light coloured - this mascara gave me visibly longer lashes and the fibres in the product meant it stayed on well, little smudging even in bad winter weather!"
