Actress Emily Atack has pledged to defy her cruel online abusers – by continuing to accept sexy roles.

The Inbetweeners star, 33, recently told how she is trolled and bombarded with explicit social media messages every day.

But defiant Emily, who appeared in lads’ mags in her 20s, says: “I’d pose in my pants again.

“I am cheeky, I am flirty… I still want to play sexy roles. I should be able to do that without the sexual harassment and abuse.”

In her BBC documentary, Asking For It? the star explored why she was blamed for being the victim of sexual harassment.

But rather than letting the trolls dampen her vivacious spirit, the actress continues to be herself, talking openly about sex, relationships and looking for love.

Emily, who is currently single after splitting from Big Brother star Liam McGough, has previously been linked to Strictly Come Dancing champ Giovanni Pernice, footballer Jack Grealish and singer Harry Styles.

But she told Jamie Laing’s Private Parts podcast: “I want to enjoy my sex life but I am being bashed over the head with this societal pressure.

“I am so used to being treated so badly… when a guy gives me the run-around, that’s familiar.

“If a guy is being good to me, I don’t know how to process that. I have been through therapists like boyfriends.”
