The front door at Stamford Bridge is still swinging, even after a busy January transfer window came to an end a week ago.

Chelsea splashed out a mind-boggling £323million on eight new signings to boost Graham Potter's underperforming squad. Todd Boehly is desperate to make a success of his maiden footballing project, and it's not only new players who the Blues' co-controlling owner is keen to bring to west London.

But as Chelsea welcome fresh faces to Stamford Bridge, unfortunate personnel must make way. That's exactly what happened with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ahead of Friday's dour 0-0 draw with local rivals Fulham, as the ex-Arsenal striker was omitted from the Blues' Champions League squad for the second half of the season. It's a hotly-debated decision which has reportedly prompted Aubameyang to make a decision on his future.

Here's Tuesday's round-up of the latest news from Stamford Bridge.

Boehly brings in mentality coach

Chelsea have hired the man behind the New Zealand rugby union team's famous "no d***heads" policy as their new mental skills coach. Gilbert Enoka is credited for helping transform from the All Blacks from 'chokers' to champions, as they won back-to-back World Cups with the help of his work.

Todd Boehly wants to create a similar winning culture at Stamford Bridge amid the raft of new arrivals on and off the pitch. It's reported by the Daily Telegraph that Enoka will have a short-term role with the Blues, who've made significant changes to their behind-the-scenes structure since Boehly and his consortium took control following their £4.25billion takeover last year.

Aubameyang negotiating exit

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is reportedly hoping to engineer a departure from Chelsea, having failed to do so in January. After being left out of the Blues' updated Champions League squad, the 33-year-old has realised that he's longer part of Graham Potter's plans at Stamford Bridge.

According to Spanish outlet Relevo, Aubameyang is keen on a move to Major League Soccer in North America, with Los Angeles FC interested in his services before their transfer window slams shut on April 24.

Crews still searching for Atsu

In more serious news, Hatayspor manager Mustafa Ozat has reportedly dismissed reports that Christian Atsu has been found and brought to safety. The former Chelsea midfielder was trapped in rubble caused by a devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake in Turkey.

The 31-year-old Ghanaian now plays for Hatayspor, a club located in the Turkish city of the Hatay, which is believed to be one of the worst-affected areas. Search and rescue teams are continuing to look for Atsu.

Reports claim that more than 2,800 people have tragically died as a result of the earthquake and a further 12,000 are believed to be injured in Turkey and neighbouring Syria.
