The quick hack is easy to complete; you just need the lid from a pan. Then, instead of tossing the eggs using a spatula, the foodie gently slides her eggs into the lid when they are ready to flip. After turning the pan upside down and lowering it over the lid, she's ready to upend the dish, remove the lid, and finish her eggs as normal.

Not only does the result look delicious but it is great for anyone who dislikes flipping eggs with a spatula, according to a comment left by the foodie. She said: "My spatula flips often break the eggs. And this doesn't."

"Works for an open faced omelette too," her caption added.

In response, several viewers were quick to praise the idea. "Thank you. yoke lovers understand," read one reply.

A second said: "The amount of eggs we eat a week. Game changer! Thanks for sharing!"

Someone else said "This is a excellent idea" while another dubbed it as "genius".

However, not everyone was so convinced. Some commenters struggled to understand why people might find the tip helpful. One comment liked 900 times said: "I just use a spatula."

A different person quipped: "Or I would invent an implement with a broad, flat, blunt blade, used for mixing or FLIPPING things. especially in cooking. I would call it SPATULA." But the foodie replied: "You've never unsuccessfully flipped an egg with a spatula? This is just an easy way to not mess it up."
