OSE founder Verschueren arrested in Belgium over €800k Ponzi scheme
OSE founder and CEO Christophe Verschueren has been arrested in Belgium.
Verschueren’s arrest followed a May 22nd raid on his home in Charleroi. During the raid, Verschueren was arrested.
Verschueren was later presented before a Judge on investment fraud and money laundering charges.
OSE, aka Opportunity Safe Experience, was a Dubai MLM Ponzi scheme that pitched consumers on 12% annually.

OSE operated through a shell company registered in Czechia. As reported by DH, Belgian authorities have pegged OSE investor losses “at around €800,000”.
Most of that money is alleged to have been laundered through Dubai and remains unaccounted for. Belgian authorities made “significant seizures” during the Charleroi raid but haven’t disclosed what was seized.
