Judge Rinder shows off insane body transformation after Carol Vorderman holiday
Judge Robert Rinder showed off his incredibly ripped body after returning from a health retreat holiday with good pal Carol Vorderman.
The pair indulged in some intensive 'self care' as they spent 10 days in Portugal on a gruelling 'juice cleanse'.
The TV pals were also joined by presenters Alex Scott and Alison Hammond on the getaway.
As well as his juice diet, Rinder, 44, revealed he'd also been working up a sweat in the gym daily and ran 70km over the course break.
He took to his Instagram page to show off the amazing results of his work and determination.

"A week of juicing & 70km.. Now to making it last..!" he captioned the post. "The body achieves what the mind believes."
In the snap, he flexed his bulging muscles while rocking black shorts, black shoes and a silver chain.

A typical day on the boutique retreat includes meditation or wake up yoga, swimming in the infinity pool, walks, circuit training, spin classes and HIIT workouts.

Guests are also served four healthy juices throughout the day and have the option to add on treatments such as massages, facials, colonics and cryotherapy sessions.
The retreats are put together by self-proclaimed ‘Juice Master’ Jason Vale, who is on a mission to “juice the world”.
Judge Rob and Carol have been to the retreat many times, with the two previously sharing snaps in the summer of 2022.
In 2020, he admitted he was overweight (ITV)However, back in 2020, Rob revealed he was 'two-stone' overweight according to the NHS and vowed to shed the weight.
The star shared on social media that he and Alan Carr were competing to get in better shape.
"According to the NHS website, I’m 2 stone over my recommended weight," he wrote.
"I needed a bit of a push so have entered into a contest with Alan Carr. From tonight we have 2 months to get as close as possible to our ‘healthy’ BMIs. Furthest away has to buy the other a cheeseburger."
