He also stuffed mud into his boxer shorts and “rubbed his genital area”, the court was told.

He was arrested after the alleged incident in April in West London’s historic royal park Kensington Gardens.

Bollag lives in nearby Queen’s Gate Place, South Kensington, where apartments go for more than £5million.

Bollag’s LinkedIn profile says he is a manager at Oakley Capital “supporting entrepreneurs and management teams with a core focus on software, tech-enabled services and consumer internet’.

He appeared before Westminster magistrates and spoke only to confirm his name and date of birth, and to deny a charge of outraging public decency.

He elected crown court trial and will appear before Southwark crown court next month.

Bollag, who wore a suit to court, was placed on bail with the sole condition not to enter Kensington Gardens — home to the towering Albert Memorial.

The park’s website boasts an “awesome spectacle of the tree avenues, where veteran trees ground the visitor in times past”.

It spans 242 acres and has more than 3,000 trees.
