Looking old isn't an issue for this glamorous woman - and she credits her youthful appearance to a diet she "swears by".

Harrah Brown revealed the simple rule she lives by when it comes to her weekly food shop, as it has helped her look decades younger.

The 64-year-old regularly shares inspirational videos on TikTok inspiring women by saying they can look good no matter what age they are and, in her latest video, she unpacked her food shopping while revealing her one rule that helps her look and feel young. She claimed it also helped her to lose her "menopause belly fat and become more lean and strong".

She explained: "These are the types of foods I buy each week. I practise the 90/10 rule. 90 per cent nutrient-dense foods while eating at home and 10 per cent fun foods when going out to eat."

So detailing what she bought, Harrah unpacked her bag, packed with whole foods such as frozen blueberries, pistachios, almond milk, salmon, halibut and many more. After her haul, she said: "These are the types of foods I buy on a regular basis," and pointed out: "You'll notice I don't buy any sweets, no cookies, no cakes, no snacks, no ice cream, no processed food and for me, this is how I have been able to lose my menopause belly fat and become more lean and strong."

When asked about her workout routine, Harrah shared how she manages to keep her body looking lean alongside her healthy diet. She said: "I work full time and have a commute as well. I work out three times a week, plus walk a minimum of one mile daily."

Incorporating some of the foods Harrah shared can help your body in several ways. For example, she had picked up frozen blueberries and fresh raspberries. Berries are one of the healthiest fruits to buy, and according to The Express: "Research continues to stress that berries offer benefits for your brain and cognitive function. However, the small fruits could also help delay ageing and in turn, promote longevity."

Harrah also picked up some fresh fish - salmon and halibut - and she revealed how she will enjoy a healthy fish dinner as part of her balanced diet. This is one of the reasons she looks so young, as it's been found that oily fish is packed with antioxidants which can help to improve the look of skin by slowing down the signs of ageing, according to dietitian Johanna Angman, from LOXA BEAUTY.
