Levi Roots claims Celebrity Big Brother stars are 'jealous' of Ekin-Su after row
Celebrity Big Brother's Levi Roots called out his "jealous" co-stars in a chat with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu on Thursday.
The star suggested the reason Ekin-Su was nominated by her housemates, including Marisha Wallace and Fern Britton, was because they were "jealous" of her. Speaking to her and Louis Walsh after a tearful showdown between Ekin-Su and Marisha over nominations, he commented she was "a star".
He told her: "Ekin-Su people are jealous of you, because you're an amazing person. That's why people are jealous of you, you are a star. That's why people will always gravitate negativity... what I mean by star is you're a shining light. You don't get a free run."
Louis then chimed in: "It's girls, you know it, you know," as he agreed about the jealousy. Levi went on: "Don't bring yourself down, you are the most important thing in the world ."

'Ekin Su, people are just jealous because you’re a star'? You can’t be shading the woman nominated for an Olivier award???" Another agreed: "I don’t even understand Levi. What’s this rubbish about people jealous of Ekin-su," as a third said: "Levi saying people are jealous of Ekin is wild, just because someone is pretty, it doesn't mean they can't be nominated."

It comes after spoilers revealed Ekin-Su would turn on Louis in nominations, after a week of being close to the star. Viewers had predicted this would happen after Louis faced severe booing and chants for him to leave the house on Tuesday night, by the live audience.

So it was safe to say it wasn’t unexpected when host Will Best confirmed Ekin-Su would nominate Louis for eviction during the face-to-face nominations to be shown on Thursday night.
On Late & Live, viewers were shown the moment she betrayed Louis with the nomination, before she too reacted to someone “fake” nominating her. In the shock move, Ekin-Su branded Louis "lazy".
Speaking in front of all her housemates, she said: "My first nomination is going to be Louis. I just feel like Louis is a bit lazy and I prefer someone who is a team player. I would like him to be more practical with housework in the home. That's why I want to nominate Louis."
