Michael Jackson's son Bigi 'Blanket' Jackson makes rare appearance out in LA

Michael Jackson 's son Bigi, formally known as Blanket, was seen leaving a movie theater Thursday, making a rare appearance out and about in Los Angeles.

The youngest Jackson child wore a black Star Wars t-shirt with Darth Vader on it, black athletic shorts with white stripes on the edges, white Nike socks and black trainers. His hair was down, barely touching his shoulders as he tucked one side behind his ear.

Bigi was also growing a stubble beard and mustache. He appeared to be alone as he left the movie theater, and there's no word on what movie he saw.

As a child, Bigi was constantly in the spotlight as the son of Michael Jackson. His most famous childhood moment was when he was nine months old, on November 19, 2002, Bigi was held over the railing of the balcony of Michael's hotel room by his father.

He's the youngest of three children, his older siblings being Prince Jackson, 27, and Paris Jackson, 25. Bigi was known as Blanket for most of his childhood, but a few years ago he started going by Bigi, despite being born Prince Michael Jackson II.

Now 22 years old, Bigi likes to keep out of the spotlight and has been like that for years. When he turned 18 in 2019, his older sister Paris shared a tribute on Instagram to celebrate him.

"My little brother is a legal adult today. What the f**k," she captioned the post of throwback photos, "I used to change his diapers. this is such a trip.. proud of the handsome, intelligent, insightful, funny, and kind young man he has become. he likes privacy so that's all I gotta say. hbd lil bro."

Bigi has a close relationship with his siblings. His brother Prince once told Good Morning Britain : "When we were growing up, my father would say, you know, 'We could have nothing, but you look around in this room, your brother, your sister, and me, that's all you'll ever have.'"

"And that always stuck with my siblings and I, and we have such a close relationship," he added.
