Deluded Donald Trump has claimed the Queen and Princess Diana "kissed his a**" in a shocking new book.

The former president made the claims as he boasted about a new book of private letters sent to him by celebrities, leaders and royals from around the world.

As well as her late majesty and Lady Diana, they also include Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jackson and North Korean despot Kim Jong Un.

''I think they're going to see a very fascinating life,” Trump said.

“I knew them all – and every one of them kissed my a**, and now I only have half of them kissing my a**.”

His eldest son Donald Trump Jr claimed those in the book called 'Letter to Trump', treated his father differently when he ran for office as a Republican.

''My father has lived an amazing life and has been around some of the most interesting people in the world,” he said.

"It's amazing how quickly their adoration of him changed when he ran for office as a Republican.”

Don Jr said the £82 book would also highlight "how phoney" people are.

The former US leader is also selling signed copies for £330.

Winning Publishing, the makers behind the book, said it will be released on April 25.

"What do presidents, royals, celebrities, and business titans have in common? They all love Donald Trump," Winning Team Publishing founder Sergio Gor said.

"Long before entering politics, Donald Trump lived an extraordinary life.

"No book highlights his iconic relationships like 'Letters to Trump,' and we are thrilled to be able to share it with our readers,'' he added.

He once wrote spending time with Her Majesty was “one of the most extraordinary honours of my life”.

Last year it was claimed the businessman "aggressively pursued" Princess Diana following her divorce from Prince Charles in 1996.

In the book The King: The Life of Charles III by Christopher Andersen, the author recalls during the 1990s the Princess "rebuffed" romantic advances Trump made.

"It didn't help that Trump...had aggressively pursued Princess Diana after her divorce - overtures that were rebuffed - and claimed later on a radio program that he could have 'nailed her if I wanted to,' but only if she passed an HIV test," Andersen wrote.
