He added: "While financially attractive, the significant cost difference between dental procedures in the UK and abroad often stems from varying overheads and material standards. The higher standards and materials in the UK provide lower risk and a more reliable outcome.”
Not stopping there, she also opted for breast enlargement, botox, and a non-surgical nose job. However, back in her teens and early twenties, Ekin-Su looked very different as she showcased a much more natural look.

"She had a strong Essex accent at university, which has changed a lot since she pursued her acting dreams in Turkey. Ekin-Su always wanted to be famous, she studied performing arts and after uni competed in Miss World, Miss Ireland, and Miss Central London beauty pageants, so being on Love Island suited her."

Sharing insights into her transformation, Dr Rosh stated: "We decided to add subtle changes but still keeping everything looking very natural. First, we added tear trough filler to fill the hollows and give her that gorgeous 'eight-hour beauty sleep' refreshed look. Then, I feathered in some filler into the lateral cheeks to soften her middle cheek fullness and jaw filler to lift and create more definition."
Ekin-Su previously said she was always going to be honest about the work she has got done as a growing number of celebrities continue to deny having cosmetic procedures to enhance their looks. Speaking to The Guardian, she previously said: "People now realise you can't lie. Nobody's stupid, it just makes you look fake if you say, 'I haven't had anything done' when you clearly have."
The former Love Island winner, who was once Miss Ireland at the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant, also shared her plans to go for a more natural look: "Whatever lip filler I have, I'm going to dissolve. I didn't like the fake look. I think natural beauty is a lot prettier. I've not had anything major done to myself, right? OK, apart from the boobs."
