Josie Gibson replaced on This Morning segment amid new presenter shake-up
Josie Gibson has been a key part of the This Morning team for years.
However, it looks like one of her infamous segments is getting a new presenter for the time being. Today, new hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley relaunched the Dosh On Your Doorstep segment which usually sees Josie dress in a rather elaborate costume and make her way to a viewer's house to help them earn a huge £1000.
It was revealed today that the segment would be restarting up again, with I'm A Celebrity winner Sam Thompson - and newest member of the This Morning family - leading the way with the segment.
Dosh On Your Doorstep has provided viewers with multiple laughs over the years. There was chaos one year when Josie headed towards the wrong houses for a competition winner. She was in Sheffield to meet with competition winner Beverly for the chance to win £1,000 but unfortunately, Josie ended up heading to the wrong house twice.
Josie regularly fronted the infamous Dosh On Your Doorstep segment (ITV)She passed some neighbours, who thought they had won, as she said: "I’ve already been rumbled by the neighbours. You thought it was you, didn’t you? Sorry ... maybe next time, maybe next time!" before adding: "I can see the house."

Dermot and Alison were in the studio and gave Beverly a call to help Josie locate them. Dermot said: "Beverly, do us a favour, go out in the street and try and find Josie, because she’s lost and she has no idea where you are."
Sam has joined the This Morning teamJosie then headed down some stairs - as she waited to see Beverly, but she appeared at the house next door and Josie remarked: "I got the wrong house, I was about to go to your neighbour’s house!" She tried to get in through the gate, but couldn't open it. Finally, she managed to get there and told the hosts: "I am all set Alison, I couldn’t find the house could I, Bev?"
In another segment, Josie ended up getting stuck in a bin live on the ITV show. When Dermot called the competition winner, he told them: "Would you mind taking a look out of your window? You might see possibly the strangest sight you'll ever see in your life, which is one of our producers in a beautiful sheepskin jacket pulling Josie Gibson to your door."
Josie then admitted: "I can't get out the bin," whilst Alison added: "She can't get out! We can't even see her."
