CBB fans disappointed as Kate Middleton's family fails to support Gary Goldsmith
Celebrity Big Brother fans have been left disappointed as Kate Middleton's family fails to support Gary Goldsmith.
Gary, who is the uncle of Kate, was the first person to be evicted from the series on Friday night. After spending less than a week in the Big Brother house, he was met by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best where he was interviewed on spin off show Late & Live about his time on the show.
However, some viewers were disappointed that there were no royals in the audience to support Gary. Although Gary's wife Julianne and daughter Tallulah were there to welcome him after leaving the house.
Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to talk about the fact that none of the royal family went to the TV studio. One said: "‘Gary we’ve got your family here’ KATE ????? #cbbuk."
As a second wrote: "When they said they’ve got Gary’s family there why did I expect Kate Middleton to be sitting in the Late and Live audience #CBB #CBBUK," as another added: "'We’ve got your family here, Gary' Me looking for Kate #CBBUK."

Gary was the first person to be booted from the Celebrity Big Brother house as he went head to head in the eviction with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lauren Simon.
Another twist when it comes to evictions is set to grace the house, with "lodger" Sharon Osbourne having an influence as to who might be going home next. Those facing the public vote are set to be revealed on Monday night's episode following nominations.
The three people who receive the most votes will later be unveiled to the group but they aren't all up for the latest eviction, It has been announced that Sharon, who gets to secretly watch the nominations, will be given the power to save one of the three housemates from being up for the public vote.
Following the nominations, the housemates will be told which three of them have received the most votes. Big Brother however reveals that the trio aren't all facing the next eviction and unveils the twist.
Big Brother tells the housemates: "Sharon was told that being my Celebrity Lodger came with great responsibility and would play a very important role in what happens today. To help her with that responsibility Big Brother has allowed [her] to watch all nominations."
Addressing Sharon, it adds: "Big Brother is granting you the power to save one housemate from the public vote." Sharon chooses to save one of them and is then told: "Now, you must choose another housemate to replace them and this housemate will face eviction."
