Sharon Osbourne and Dannii Minogue broken by bitter feud 'over Simon Cowell'
Sharon Osbourne has always been very vocal about her opinions of other celebs.
The Celebrity Big Brother star hasn't shied away from blasting Hollywood A-listers in the ITV house, including Adele and James Corden. But it's not the first time the 71-year-old reality star has slammed fellow celebs in the public eye - she's had a long-running public feud with former X Factor judge Dannii Minogue.
From the moment Dannii joined the panel in 2007, rumours surfaced of her fling with show boss Simon Cowell. At the time, Dannii admitted to flirting with Simon but denied fancying him. She said: "But that man could flirt with a book, a wall, anything." But the music mogul was quoted as saying it was "genuine love".
Simon and Dannii had an alleged fling during her time on the X Factor - and Sharon didn't like it (Rex)In an interview for his unauthorised biography, Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell, he is said to have revealed: "I had a crush on her. It was Dannii's hair, the sexy clothes, and the t**s. It was genuine love. I was like a schoolboy. She was foxy. She was a real man's girl. Very feminine."
Dannii refused to either confirm or deny, cryptically once telling The Mirror: "If he says it's the truth then that's what he's saying. But I don't have anything to do with that." One person who wasn't happy about the apparent development was Sharon, who had sat on the panel with just Simon and Louis Walsh from the beginning.

And Sharon didn't hold back when it came to blasting Dannii, telling Piers Morgan's Life Stories that she quit the show because she couldn't stand sitting next to her. Sharon sniped: "I didn't hate her because hatred is very close to love and takes a lot of emotion and I don't have that time for her. She was like an insect, a mosquito that wouldn't go away."
Meanwhile, in Sharon's autobiography Unbreakable, she openly accused Dannii of having it off with Simon. "She had an uppity attitude as she was f***ing the boss," Sharon wrote. "She clearly felt sh***ing Simon gave her vicarious power and it was so immature, not to mention deeply irritating to deal with."
Sharon said last year the only thing she and Dannii have in common is that they are both women (REX)For Dannii's part, she compared Sharon to a 'school bully', writing in her autobiography, Dannii: My Story: "When I sat on the judging panel next to Sharon each Saturday, having seen her publicly destroy me on yet another television show or press interview that week, I felt as if I was back at primary school when I was forced to sit next to the school bully.
"Over the course of the next year, Sharon announced to anyone who would listen that I was impossible to work with (but never explained why); that I was only on The X Factor because of my looks, not any visible talent or contribution to the entertainment industry; and Simon employed me only because he wanted to sleep with me."
Then in December Sharon took a direct swipe at Dannii in an interview with Best Magazine. She claimed that the singer had an issue with her due to her strong character - and suggested Dannii is a 'flirt' and gets on better with me. Sharon said: "We just have nothing in common. I love women but there are some who don't love other women. Dannii didn't care for me.
"Why? Possibly because some people don't like to hear the truth. Some women love to be around the guys. That's not me. I love men but a lot of men don't care for women like me. They don't like a woman with a reputation for being a ballbuster. Dannii's a flirt. Her way is not my way. The only thing we have in common is that we're both women!"
