CBB winner issues warning to line-up as he shares how bosses 'push your buttons'
Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex has explained how bosses "push your buttons" while in the house.
The former MMA fighter, who was married to Katie Price, was crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother in 2010. Alex has opened up on his time as a housemate, revealing how bosses would stir up drama to keep the show entertaining.
Alex was married to the former glamour model and Celebrity Big Brother winner Katie during his time in the house and starred in a line-up that featured Vinnie Jones and Dane Bowers, amongst others. The 48-year-old recalled an incident where security was almost called in after he complained to show bosses about the living conditions in the house.
He said: "Big Brother was really pushing our buttons, and it was Dane Bowers who was in the diary room and he was telling Big Brother to turn the heating up. He was doing a secret task he was given, having a lot of nice things and luxury, and being fed grapes and having the best food and watching all of us suffer."

"I went to go and boot the door down, and then all of a sudden, you could see all of the security," he told The Sun. "I was about to run into the glass and heard, ‘Alex, can you come to the diary room, please?’"
The former cage fighter recalled the house agreeing to his demands and calming the situation down. He went on to win over the hearts of the housemates and the public, subsequently being crowned winner.

Alex shares a daughter Dolly, eight, from his past relationship with Chantelle Houghton, and daughter Anastasia, two, with with fiancée Nikki Manashe. He also welcomed twin boys Phoenix Bobby and Hunter George in June 2023 with his fiancée.
Mirror has contacted Channel 4 for comment on Alex's claims. On Monday, a new crop of Celebrity Big Brother stars entered the house, with host AJ Odudu branding the line-up "exciting".
Former X Factor judges Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne along with ex This Morning host Fern Britton are some of the big names in this year's series. Love Island star Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Strictly Come Dancing professional Nikita Kuzmin and Ibiza Weekender star David Potts headed into the new house.
Bradley Riches, who is best known for playing James McEwan in Netflix's Heartstopper, alongside podcast host Zeze Millz, Broadway star Marisha Wallace and Levi Roots joined the show. Coronation Street star Colson Smith, who stars as lovable Craig Tinker and Kate Middleton's uncle Gary Goldsmith complete the line-up.
