Strictly Come Dancing stars Bobby Brazier and Ellie Leach appeared in high spirits as they went on a romantic date.

The young actors were spotted leaving a London bar after Bobby supported Ellie on her new career venture. The 2023 Strictly Come Dancing winner made her stage debut last week in Cluedo 2 at Richmond Theatre. Bobby was on hand to support Ellie, 22, as he took her out for drinks on Saturday night when they were seen leaving London's No 1 Duke Street bar giggling away with each other.

Ellie appeared casual as she wore wide legged black jeans with a crew neck jumper. She paired a long leather coat over the top and wore a pair of Converse trainers. Bobby, 20, matched Ellie as he also opted for an all-black look. The EastEnders star wore a T-shirt and skinny jeans with brown suede boots.

He playfully waved his coat around his face before covering Ellie in it. Bobby had just watched Ellie in her new play and the pair arrived separately for their after-work drinks. Their outing comes just a week after they went on a late-night walk together, further fuelling speculation they are more than just friends.

Ellie and Bobby linked arms with each other as they walked through London. Another photo is believed to show Ellie letting Bobby into an apartment where he seemed to be carrying an overnight bag. They had attended the musical Hadestown's press night in the West End earlier that night, where they posed together on the red carpet.

The multiple outings come after Bobby was quizzed by OK! about rumours of a romance at the TV Choice Awards earlier this month. He teased at the time that he had no Valentine's Day plans despite the speculation about him and Ellie. Discussing if he had any plans, he said at the time: "No, no, not yet. Maybe I will. If someone asked me out..."

Rumours of a romance between Ellie and Bobby started when the pair embarked on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour. The pair appeared close to each other in photos shared on social media and were spotted cosied up in a hotel lobby after the tour. Bobby was also seen holding hands with Ellie's mum at one point.

According to those close to the young stars, Bobby and Ellie grew close during their time on the show and their spark became the main talking point backstage. They had also been enjoying meals together and openly flirting. Last month Ellie's cousin and former Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent let slip that Ellie is moving to London for a few months, which is not too far from Bobby who lives in nearby Essex with his dad Jeff Brazier and his younger brother Freddie.

Despite remaining tight-lipped about a budding romance, Bobby previously addressed claims about the pair. Speaking to The Sun, he called Ellie "beautiful" and "amazing" but added: "She is a lovely lovely friend of mine." When pressed on any romance between them, he insisted: "She's a lovely, lovely, lovely friend of mine."
