The success comes after another lucky lottery winner scooped a £3.6million jackpot playing Set For Life last month. The winning numbers for the Thursday, February 22 draw were 16, 17, 19, 23, 38 and the Life Ball 5 and transformed someone's life overnight.
Mr Carter said at the time: "Fantastic! We have another top prize winner on Set For Life – they can now celebrate winning £10k every month for 30 years.
""February has already been a lucky month for Set For Life players, after another ticket-holder scooped the same top prize in the draw on 1 February. Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim this fantastic Set For Life top prize."
