It was a clear case of 'Uncle’s Got Talent' recently, when a man, who was quick to help out his niece in her time of need, has been applauded for, quite literally, making all the right moves. The video, posted on Reddit, showed a young girl singing at a ‘wholesome’ talent competition, with the caption: “My niece called me and said she needed a back-up dancer.”
With a simple “Uncles will always show up” preface, the uplifting, feel-good post had a huge amount of support, with viewers quick to applaud the loving uncle in the video. One said: “It's like being a celebrity. I love it!” while others were quick to tell how they would do anything for their own nieces and nephews: “As an uncle myself, do you know how excited we get when we get the call to action? This bro is up there living his best life!”

Another likened being an aunt or uncle to being a superhero: “That phone call is like the Bat Signal! If my nieces or nephews call me I’m there!” while another told his own heart-warming tale of much-needed support from his uncle recently: “My uncle drove across Texas to help me emergency move my father (his brother-in-law) into memory care this week. Supported me, so I can support my father. So grateful.”
“My brother and I live pretty close and whomever gets the call, we both show up,” said one, while another applauded the uncle’s dancing skills: “No wonder he was eager to get up and help out, he knows he got the moves!”
