The Traitors' Phaedra's strategy slammed as John Bercow is murdered
On the latest episode of The Traitors US, Phaedra Parks of Married to Medicine used her power as a Traitor to send home the former speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow.
John was extremely vocal about Phaedra being a Traitor. When the banishment vote was held, Phaedra came close to being sent home until one vote sent Peter Weber, from The Bachelor, packing.
Though Phaedra was safe, her enemies weren't so sure they were. Phaedra, and the other Traitor Kate Chastain from Below Deck, met that night to make the decision on who to murder.

The Married to Medicine star chose to murder John, seeing him as a threat to her. But everyone knew that she was the only person who would want to send home John.
Claudia Winkleman to host The Traitors series 2 as dramatic return confirmedFans on Twitter shared their thoughts about Phaedra's decision. "Phaedra should have killed someone from her own side. Noooooo girl," one social media user wrote.
"Phaedra did a bad job at hiding the fact that she’s a traitor. Like kill off a housewife or something ffs. You want people to figure you out atp," another added.
One fan summed it up by saying: "Killing John after he was so vocal at the roundtable was a mistake bc it basically confirms what he said. Honestly the smarter move would have been to take out someone from the other side the past two murders."
It seemed like a silly move, but Phaedra still had girls on her side. "Killing people who are going after you is LITERALLY putting a target on your back. So stupid. But also, these faithfuls are acting blind so maybe it works?" one fan pointed out.
Social media users shared what they think Phaedra should have done. "What they shouldve done is murder either sandra, mj, or sheree & gotten them off phaedras tail," someone else wrote.
One of Phaedra's friends on the show, MJ, had a realisation after the murder. "It's gotta be Phaedra,” she said in a confessional.
Others on Twitter mourned the loss of the politician on the show. "John was so good at this," one fan wrote. Another said: "Not grandpa John :("
It seemed like the remaining players would miss him. “I hope I'm as functional as him when I’m his age," CT commented.
"How old is he?" Phaedra asked. MJ answered: "I don’t think he’s old, I think the people in England don’t get Botox,” MJ answered.
Meanwhile, the 61-year-old John seemed to accept his fate. "I'm not surprised in the slightest by my macabre fate. I was onto Phaedra and she wasn't going to allow me to hang around any longer."
