"And they're like, 'No, there's a tsunami coming, and you need an anchor and we're gonna drop it. This is going to dictate everything you do from now on." He hasn't always felt this close to his firstborn, revealing he struggled with Lea's first few months.

He said that parents would tell him, "I would die in a second for my kid." But, Bradley admitted: "The first eight months, I was like, 'I don’t even know if I really love the kid, it's dope. It's cool'." He joked: "And then all of a sudden it's like no question. … Your DNA is going to tell you there's something more important than you."

Speaking of Lea's life now, Bradley explained she wants her to "have as much foundation as she can". The Oscar-nominee added: "I think about how my relationship with my daughter impacts her growth and the journey she’s gonna be on. The least amount of damage I can do to my daughter — please let me work on myself."

It comes after Cooper showed off a bold transformation as he took to the stage at the SAG Awards earlier this month. He was on-hand to present Barbra Streisand with the Lifetime Achievement award, alongside Jennifer Aniston.

But Bradley who looked extremely dapper at the awards, also looked notably different from his usual appearance, as he donned oversized glasses and showed off a bronzed visage. Viewers of the awards, which streamed on Netflix for the first time, were quick to remark on the beloved Hollywood star's transformation.

Viewers took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts. One social networker asked: "Is Bradley Cooper orange?" While another X user added: "Bradley on stage looking realll tan." A third added: "Can we discuss Bradley Cooper's tan?"

Others remarked on Bradley's glasses with one saying: "Imagine taking Bradley seriously in those glasses." But others seemed to be a huge fan of the glasses. One viewer quipped: "Bradley Cooper is really doing it for me in those glasses." While another added: "Bradley Cooper, never take off those glasses!"
