Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi is attracting plenty of interest across Europe, with the Italian on the radar of Barcelona as well as three Premier League clubs.

Inzaghi has done an impressive job at Inter since he was appointed as Antonio Conte's replacement back in 2021. In his first season in charge, Inter won both the Supercoppa Italia and the Coppa Italia but finished two points behind eventual Serie A winners AC Milan.

Last season, Inter finished third behind Napoli and Lazio but reached the Champions League final where they were narrowly beaten by Manchester City. However, Inter are currently top of the league this season and nine points clear of their rivals with a game in hand.

And according to a report from Italian outlet Tuttosport, Inzaghi's work at Inter has caught the eye of Barcelona, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea. Both Xavi and Jurgen Klopp have announced they will be stepping down from their roles as Barcelona and Liverpool manager at the end of the season.

United and Chelsea, meanwhile, could also be looking for a new manager with both Erik ten Hag and Mauricio Pochettino under pressure. The report states that Inzaghi is 'liked because he has a fresh, new image and for his corporate attitude'.

It is also noted that his current contract is due to expire in 2025 and that, although Inzaghi would be content to stay at Inter, they would not be able to match the salary a Premier League club could offer him.

New United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who has taken full control of the sporting side of the business, has so far refused to give Ten Hag a public vote of confidence and the Dutchman could be replaced if he fails to secure Champions League qualification.

However, Ten Hag has insisted he does not need Ratcliffe's public backing. "I'm here, I'm under contract for three seasons, so I don't care," he said. "I am in this process, I'm only focusing on the process, so I don't care what's going on around me.

"I have had many talks with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, also with Sir Dave Brailsford and others in that group. So I know what we are talking about and I have a strong belief and I feel that they believe in me. But I'm not focusing about my personal circumstances.

"I'm just focusing on the team and I have to find solutions for this team so that they perform the best way they can. It's all about focusing on that and not getting distracted by any noise or whatever. I know what I'm doing."
