Love Island's Hannah Elizabeth shows off new bum after surgery transformation
Former Love Island star Hannah Elizabeth proudly showed off her post-surgery body as she unveiled her new bum with fans in a video posted on social media.
Wearing a black thong, Hannah displayed her rounded derriere as she attempted to pull up a pair of trousers, which only proved how pert the surgery had made her bum. But this is not the first time Hannah, 33, has had work done to her bottom as she received filler injections last summer, which she shared with her social media followers. In the video, Hannah said: "So we're just adding a bit of volume to the top today.

During a Q&A with her fans, she revealed that she would be having the treatment and claimed to have been inundated with "soooo many questions" about her next operation.
She continued: "I will video the whole thing. Hello everybody, so obviously since the show and having spoke about have my bum done, loads of people have been asking me about the booty. So I get my bum done at Lift Aesthetics and being fresh out the villa I am excited, literally can't wait to go and have my top-up." Despite walking away from the villa this year without a man on her arm, Hannah was the first person on the series to have a proposal back in 2015.
At the time, Hannah had coupled with Jon Clark, who later appeared on TOWIE and after just six weeks he popped the question. But their relationship did not stand the test of time as they split three months later. The pair lost out of winning the show to Jess Hayes and Max Morely. Since then, she has gone on to have a son with George Andretti, who she also split with.

Hannah Elizabeth returned to the Love Island villa this year to find love (ITV)Hannah returned to the villa this year with the hope of finding love and even matched with her fellow islander Tyler Cruickshank. But they decided to not pursue anything further while still in the villa. Hannah stayed on in South Africa until the final before returning to Liverpool.
The reality TV star posted snaps of her exploring Cape Town along with Joanna Chimonides, Eve Gale, Kaz Kamwi, Liberty Poole and Demi Jones. She captioned the post saying: "South Africa I will be forever grateful for the special memories made here with besties for life."
On Saturday (February 24) Hannah shared with fans that she had a welcome home party. Alongside a cardboard cut out of herself, she said: "If Carlsberg did.. Family parties." She added: "My love island welcome home party was an actual ball love my family so much very blessed (and yes she got her pint)."
