Susanna Reid stunned Good Morning Britain viewers when she shared a throwback photo of herself on Ben Shephard's last day on the programme.

Ben, 49, is leaving the show after 10 years to present This Morning, where he'll be joined by fellow permanent host, Cat Deeley. Paying tribute to her colleague as he bids farewell to GMB, Susanna, 53, shared a throwback picture of the pair on X, from their first day on the show, a decade ago.

Sharing a snap of the presenters at Upton Park football ground in which they look remarkably fresh-faced, she wrote: "BYE BEN! We've all got the blues this morning saying goodbye to the best in the business @benshepard.This is us 10 years ago just before the launch of @gmb - of course he took me to Upton Park to bond over football! We're going to miss you - good luck through the wall @thismorning."

There was also another photo of the pair, taken 10 years ago, in which Susanna donned a red mac with her hair much longer than it is now, alongside Ben, who looks far younger than 39.

Fans loved the throwback tribute as they tuned in to watch the host present his final show, today, claiming it "won't be the same without him". Taking to X, one wrote: "Good luck Ben on your new adventure you will be missed."

Another said: "Bye Ben Good Luck have a wonderful time on This Morning will miss you on @GMB." While a third commented: "So sad ur leaving GMB Ben Shephard it's bee a pleasure watching u 4 10 years best of luck with ur adventure on This Morning, u will be missed by millions, GMB will not be the same without u."

Ben held back tears as he presented his final day on GMB with his longtime presenting pal Kate Garraway. Within minutes of the show kicking off, they both struggled to keep it together as Kate, whose husband Derek Draper sadly died in January, said: "Oh my god it's not even a minute past six and that's the last time I've just realised we'll hear ''Good Morning Britain with Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway'. I'm off already, too emotional!"

And it wasn't long before Ben followed suit up as he was treated to a montage of all his colleagues and his favourite West Ham footballers - including Carlton Cole and Mark Noble - wishing him the best for the future.

The Hammers fan couldn't hide his emotions as he watched a clip of former central midfielder Mark saying: "Ben you were there for me on my last day as a West Ham player so it's only right I send you a message. You was there for me the last ever game so have a great day mate, you'll be crying instead of me this time." Laughing, with tears in his eyes, he gushed: "That's Mark Noble! Mr West Ham!"
