Love Island's Demi and Luis issue relationship update after All Stars final
Love Island's Demi Jones and Luis Morrison gave fans a surprise update on their relationship as they returned to the villa.
As Love Island : All Stars wrapped up on Monday night, viewers were thrilled to find out that Demi and Luis are still going strong, four weeks after leaving the show! Luis, 29, from series 1, and Demi, 25, from series 6, hit it off shortly after entering the villa, even sharing a few romantic kisses.
Despite their obvious connection in the villa, they hadn't officially become a couple. Demi was paired with Chris Taylor from day one, while Luis was exploring romance with Georgia Harrison and Kaz Kamwi. In a surprising twist, both Demi and Luis were sent home on day 8 of the competition after an unexpected re-coupling left them both single and unable to stay on the show.
After this double exit, the pair bonded over their shared experience. During the live grand final, Demi happily announced that she and Luis had started dating outside the villa! Demi was all smiles as she held Luis' hand, revealing to host Maya Jama that they're still seeing each other.
She said: "Well, we're still seeing each other which is nice - irregardless of how long we were in the villa for. It's been nice, we've spent a few weekends together to just see how it goes. Maya then asked: "So you left the villa, romance has blossomed -" Quickly, Demi replied: "It's still blossoming. We've had a couple of dates, we spent a few weekends together, so it's been nice. We've been in each others pockets."
Love Island's Haris spills on unaired row between Zara and TanyelMaya also asked about their fellow contestants, asking them to "spill the tea" on any other romances or hook-ups. Luis cheekily said: "There's probably a few. Probably a few tonight even! Tonight is the night baby!" He hinted that the reunion could lead to more romances between former contestants.

The update came just before the 2024 Love Island: All Stars winners were announced as Tom Clare and Molly Smith. They won £50,000 and the chance of a new romance after getting along well in the villa. Molly, who was on the show in 2020, and her partner Tom, who joined Love Island just 8 months ago during the Summer 2023 series, are both well-known faces.
