Maya Jama stunned in a backless black dress as she returned to hosting duties for the final time on Love Island All Stars season one.

Over the past five weeks, the 29-year-old presenter has delighted fans in an array of stylish dresses, suits and outfits as she has hosted the first ever all star spin-off of the ITV2 reality show. She has been on hand to enter the villa in South Africa to announce shock twists, and has waited outside the villa doors to interview all the dumped contestants.

On Monday night, Maya returned to the villa for the final time to see which of the final couples would win the £50,000 prize. Anton Danyluk and Georgia Harrison, Callum Jones and Jess Gale, Josh Ritchie and Sophie Piper, Toby Aromolaran and Georgia Steel and Tom Clare and Molly Smith were the last couples standing after more than a month of Love Island drama.

But arguably Maya is the winner of the first ever All Stars season as she has delighted viewers with her style choices. And she didn’t disappoint for the live final as she stepped out wearing a black floor-length gown with a cut out back. She paired the look with an expensive pair of heels - the GEDEBE Dita mules which retail for almost £1,000 - which added sparkle to her dazzling live show look.

Fans were bowled over by Maya's live final outfit - with one writing via Instagram: "OH MY GOD" and another gushing: "Now that’s a final look." Maya shared her look via Instagram, and asked fans: "Got my fancy outfit on ready to host the Love Island Final... Who are you hoping will win tonight???" - with one replying: "I may be the only person riding for Georgia and Toby but I stand by it!"

While Maya has become a style icon in recent years, she has previously explained that she prefers to lounge around in tennis gear rather than reclining in high fashion frocks. She told Popsugar in 2021: "I'm not a regular tenniser, I'll be honest, but I just love the outfits. They are outfits that I would wear day to day as a look. You don't have to be sporty to wear sportswear anymore, you can just like the look of it and enjoy it."

She also explained why she loves to wear bright colours rather than subdued hues. She said: "I did a massive shop recently, and I love bright colours. I would never wear black at all in my outfits just because I like to stand out, but I've started to wear a few little black dresses. I'm wearing one now; small LBDs with trainers is kind of my vibe. And printed trousers, like jeans, with lots of different prints and patterns on them, I really love."

Addressing a wider appreciation of fashion, she continued: "I've not been into specific trends really, more just crazy, louder outfits this year... I like streetwear looks, too, and I like old-school catwalks to look for inspo, old music videos, lots of '90s videos I like looking at. And there's an account called Gelbsy on Instagram that posts lots of aesthetically pleasing looks."

While Love Island: All Stars has now finally come to an end, reality fans won’t have too long to wait until the next season of the original show returns to screens. ITV are currently recruiting volunteers aged 18 and over to take part in the next season - which will be the eleventh.

The last season to film began airing in June last year - which suggests the 2024 season will start in the same month, giving fans roughly four months to wait before more action from the villa appears on screen.
