Young Real Madrid star 'headbutted' during attack walking back to team bus
Ugly scenes saw a Real Madrid youth player get headbutted following their match this weekend.
Los Blancos Juvenil A forward Iker Bravo was the victim of the incident which marred the side's 4-2 win away to Rayo Majadahonda on Sunday. The team, coached by former Liverpool ace Alvaro Arbeloa, were set to depart La Oliva as the 19-year-old made his way back to the team bus.
Spanish outlet Relevo reports that Bravo, having received verbal abuse during the win, was labelled a 'clown' as he greeted an acquaintance. A group of supporters had waited for the forward with one person approaching the player to unleash the blow.
Real Madrid staff intervened at this stage with Bravo fortunately not suffering serious injury on his way back to Valdebas. The youngster is said to be a target for insults during away matches.
The Spanish side prevailed in their away meeting thanks to a brace from Hugo de Llanos and goals from Mesonero and Paulo Iago. Real sit second in their division having won nine consecutive matches.

Bravo started his youth career with Espluguenc before joining Barcelona and moving up through La Masia until capturing the interest of Bayer Leverkusen. The teenager joined the Bundesliga side in 2021 and was labelled a 'really big talent' by sporting director Simon Rolfes upon completing his move.
The Catalan ace became Leverkusen's youngest ever player when he made his debut at 16 during the DFB Cup defeat against Karlsruher SC. He featured just twice for the German side's first team.
After a single season, Bravo returned to Spain as Real Madrid landed the striker on loan with an option to make the move permanent. The Barcelona youth product is said to have commanded a €6million (£5.1m) fee as Carlo Ancelotti's side fended off competition from Atletico Madrid.
Bravo spent his first season with the club playing for Castilla and made 22 appearances in Primera Federacion Group 1 last term but has spent more time with Juvenil A this term. The young forward has been productive in the UEFA Youth League across his two seasons in Madrid netting six goals in 10 matches while providing five assists.
