The Traitors stars join Love Island royalty at London Fashion Week
The Traitors favourites Mollie Pearce and Jasmine Boatswain looked stunning as they rubbed shoulders with Love Island royalty at a London Fashion Week show.
The BBC stars put on a glam display at the star-studded Oh Polly showcase on Saturday night. The girls were seen catching up over cocktails before joining the glamorous attendees watching the runway show.
Fresh from her hosting stint on Love Island: The Games, Maura Higgins sat front row, rocking a strapless gold beaded bodycon gown from the brand's new Atelier collection. Maura was joined by fellow ex-stars of the ITV2 dating show including Danica Taylor and Catherine Agbaje.
Mollie's showbiz night out comes after she defiantly relaunched her social media accounts after refusing to be silence by cruel online trolls.
The reality star had come under fire after losing out in the dramatic final of The Traitors. The abuse became so toxic that Mollie took down her Instagram page but is now back online and hoping to use her platform to shed some positivity.
Corrie's Sue Cleaver says I'm A Celebrity stint helped her to push boundariesMollie , who suffers from ulcerative colitis and has a stoma bag, said she has been thrilled by the reception from fellow sufferers - many of whom have thanked her for raising awareness from her time on The Traitors. Mollie, who also has a limb difference on one hand, said: “I’ve had hundreds of messages and I’m trying to get through them all because I do want to reply to people. That’s been amazing, I think it’s made it all worth it."
Speaking on the Mirror's Invite Only podcast, Mollie said: “I had a message the other day from a mum, and her daughter had just had a stoma bag and she’d been really struggling mentally with it. She said seeing me on TV was really, really nice. I also had someone message me who had just come out of surgery. She was two days into recovery and she was watching The Traitors from her hospital bed. I would have loved to have seen someone on my screen with a stoma bag when I just had my surgery.”
“Obviously people are upset at the outcome, but in my honest opinion, I think no matter what I did that night people would have been upset because Harry played a great game," she added.
While she has remained close friends with Harry, Mollie has revealed the two came to blows immediately after the show wrapped filming.
During an explosive on-camera showdown, Mollie branded her rival a 'd*******’ for lying to her. The disability model and campaigner admitted she was so angry about his trickery she couldn’t hold her tongue when they came face to face.
Mollie said: “Harry walks in and I'm like, ‘No’. I just called him a name… Can I swear? I was just like, ‘You're a d*******’. Then I gave him a hug.” She insists that now the pair have made their peace, and he owes her nothing.
