Kansas City Chiefs star player Travis Kelce shouted in head coach Andy Reid's face in a moment of madness during the Super Bowl on Sunday.

After a fumble by Isiah Pacheco, which resulted in a turnover of play, Kelce charged towards head coach Andy Reid, shouting and bumping into him. Reid was almost knocked over by the force of the shove and nearly dropped his tactics board.

The incident happened in the second quarter of the game, with the Chiefs trailing 3-0. A promising play from quarterback Patrick Mahomes to wide receiver Mecole Hardman had put the Chiefs in a good position, but then running back Pacheco lost control of the ball.

The Chiefs were close to scoring when they handed the ball to Pacheco, but Lenoir knocked the ball out of his hands. Hargrave was quick to dive on the loose ball, turning the game around.

Despite the heated moment, Reid quickly regained his composure and refocused on the game. Running back Jerick McKinnon stepped in to calm Kelce down and escort him away from the coach.

This isn't the first time Kelce has shown his fiery side - he's known for his passion and has had previous run-ins with Reid. But Kelce's outburst was a sign of the Chiefs' poor start to the game. Despite forcing an early fumble from Christian McCaffrey, the Chiefs failed to capitalise on it, with the Niners dominating at the line of scrimmage.

Jake Moody kicked a record-breaking 55-yard field goal for the 49ers, putting them in the lead before Mahomes and the Chiefs started to gain momentum with a 55-yard pass to Hardman.

Kelce's mood didn't improve as the Niners extended their lead by 10 points. Coach Kyle Shannahan pulled a trick play with Brock Purdy passing to Juan Jennings, who then threw the ball back across the field to McCaffrey for a 22-yard touchdown.

The Chiefs have come back from big deficits in both of their Super Bowl wins with Kelce, Mahomes and Reid. They'll need to draw on those experiences to get back into this game.
