Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello settle their divorce 6 months after split
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have finalised their divorce six months after announcing their split.
The former flames shocked fans last year when they announced that they were separating after seven years of marriage. In a statement, they said it was a "difficult decision" but insisted they still "love and care for one another".
Joe, 47, filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences". They've chosen to settle their divorce amicably, with court documents showing they've stuck to their prenup which allowed Joe and Sofia, 51, to keep the assets they accumulated individually during their relationship.

The court documents, which were obtained by TMZ, revealed Sofia and Joe decided to waive spousal report. There was also no child support to pay as the pair never had children, something which actually led to their split.
Inside life of Cocaine Godmother with lust for murder as story hits our screensLast month, the Modern Family star admitted she split from her former husband in a row over having kids. Speaking to Spanish newspaper El Pais, Sofia said: "My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn't want to be an old mum."
She added: "I feel it's not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that's not for me." Sofia is already a mother to her 32-year-old son Manolo, who she shares with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez.
The actress said she is "ready to be a grandmother" instead of having more children of her own. She also said she would only date someone in the future if he "had his own children". Sofia joked that when her son Manolo becomes a father, he can "bring the baby to me for a while and then I'll give it back to him and go on with my life."
Joe and Sofia started dating in 2014. Joe admitted Sofia had reservations about their age difference on their first date. "Our first date was her giving me every reason why it would never work out. Like, 'You're too young, you're an actor, you're this, you're that,' and she was just doing it to hear herself say it. She was trying to talk herself out of going there," he told Haute Living in 2015.
Joe proposed to Sofia after just six months of dating. They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Palm Beach, Florida. The ceremony had around 350 guests, including Sofia's Modern Family co-stars Sarah Hyland and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.
