The couple have adopted a cat together and now Samantha is urging women to 'shoot their shot' and potentially change the course of their future. Samantha from , said: "It all started when I was working as a barista at Starbucks. I kept seeing this one really lovely young man come in. We'd have small conversations here and there, 'hi and bye.'

"One day he started a conversation with me asking how my Thanksgiving was. I was so happy. I think our conversation gave me the confidence to pursue him, so I wrote my number on his coffee cup. It was on one of the holiday cups. I know the way I gave him my number was very interesting, it's unique. I'm very lucky he saw it because if he didn't, I don't know if we'd be together today. I wrote my number with a sharpie and he texted me that night. The rest is history."

Despite not having Robbie's number, the content creator suspected it was him when she received a text from a mysterious number later that day.

Samantha said: "I looked at my phone and it's a number that I don't have saved and it said 'hey is this Samantha?' I thought 'oh my gosh'. I said 'yes, who is this?' even though I had a very good idea who it was. I felt so excited and hopeful for the future. I just felt like it was the start of something amazing, I had a feeling about that. That's when he said 'this is Robbie, I had your number on my coffee' and he put a little smiley face emoji.

"I was so happy he was able to read it because I kind of scribbled it on there. I said 'you were so cute, so kind and sweet to me I had to write it on there'. We ended up texting after that and setting up a first date, that's how it all started."

For their first date, Robbie took Samantha to an Italian and she said they felt an immediate connection.

Samantha said: "The first proper date was very cute, I felt special. I'd never once been taken on a date and been treated that way. I really felt loved, immediately. I felt cared for as soon as I met him."

Now they loved-up couple hope to inspire others to take chances in dating. Samantha said: "We tried to incorporate how we met into our wedding favours that we gave out. We had little mason jars that had coffee beans in them and they said 'the perfect blend'. They had our names and the date we met underneath. I still have a lot of them now in my closet and when I open it I smell the coffee, it's just a lovely reminder.

"I'm happy I get to share it because I want to give people the confidence to go for it and encourage other women to shoot their shot. You've got to go for it, take chances in life and be confident because you never know. We don't have any children yet but we have our cat who we love so much. Our cat is like our child.

"We definitely plan to keep growing and reach our goals together and inspire other couples. He's definitely the love of my life, we were fated to be together. We balance each other out perfectly, he's very mellow and the voice of reason. He balances me out so well, I'm very thankful for him."
