Former Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn said she 'has her suspicions' about which mystery co-star complained to bosses about her OnlyFans page.

The 42-year-old actress was known for taking on the role of Mandy Richardson on Hollyoaks for more than two decades. She joined the Channel 4 soap opera in 1996 and was let go from the show in 2021 after launching an OnlyFans page. Sarah doesn't regret her decision to swap Hollyoaks for Only Fans and is even set to appear in a documentary about the adults-only site later this year.

Sarah has been thriving in her new online career and said she "never doubted my decision" about joining the site. In a new chat, the star revealed a mystery co-star was the person who placed the formal complaint about her saucy snaps found on the subscription-based website. "Apparently there is one person who complained," she explained. "I think I know who that is now, I have my suspicions for sure."

Speaking to The Sun, she added: "It was like any workplace — you get on with most people, but there will be a couple that you don’t," before saying that 'you can't please everyone.'

Sarah was controversially sacked from her role as Mandy Richardson on the soap after she decided to move her racier content from social media on the adults-only platform, but soap bosses were unhappy with her decision, prompting them to write her out of Hollyoaks.

At the time, they said they take their responsibility to their young audience “very seriously”, and don’t allow cast members to be active on “certain 18+ websites”. In 2022, the mum-of-one reflected on getting sacked and said while she didn’t regret her move to OnlyFans, she didn’t like how she was forced to leave the long-running soap.

“I’ve not stopped acting, I will still audition and look for other roles. It was never my intention to leave the show, but I’m in a much happier place now,” she said during an appearance on Loose Women, alongside her husband Jonathan Smith. The star also once posed in racy outfits for lads' mags and the soap's calendar.

She told GB News in November 2021: "I'm not doing anything different to what I've done over the years." She further implied the show's hypocrisy by sharing a snap of a saucy shoot she did many years ago alongside one she did for her Only Fans page - branding them "almost identical."
