Rochelle Humes' warning to Love Island's Josh amid his romance with her sister
Rochelle Humes has addressed the possibility of Joshua Ritchie having his head turned in the Love Island: All Stars villa amid his romance with her sister Sophie Piper.
Sophie, 25 - who rose to fame on Love Island in 2020 - is among the former islanders who have returned for the ITV2 show's new spin-off. She entered the villa in South Africa last month and has since been coupled-up with Josh, 29.
They both suggested to each other on Friday's episode, following the latest recoupling, that they "couldn't imagine" being with anyone else. Josh told her: "I couldn't actually imagine anyone coming in and like my head swaying." Josh however told her that he had conversations that were "a bit flirty" with Joanna Chimonides, 27, who was seen entering the villa just episodes earlier. She ended up with their co-star Chris Taylor, 33, in the recoupling though.
Prior to the recoupling, those running Sophie's account on Instagram whilst she's away hinted at the prospect of Josh pursuing someone else. The post also included a clip of the pair in a scene from the show in which they kissed. Alongside a photo of him and Sophie, they wrote in a post just days ago: "What do we think is going to happen tonight?" Those running her account added in caption of their post: "Do we think Josh's head is going to turn from our girl?"
It prompted reaction from Sophie's sister Rochelle, 34, and her husband Marvin Humes, 38. Addressing the prospect of Josh's "head turning" in the villa, Rochelle responded in the comments section: "It better not!" She included a fist emoji. Her husband Marvin didn't respond to the questions in the caption himself and instead reacted to the footage of his sister-in-law kissing Josh. He replied to the recent post: "Can you put this video up again and cut out the kissing?"
Love Island's Haris spills on unaired row between Zara and TanyelRochelle previously teased over her family's involvement with reality TV shows. She made a comment about having to watch relatives on screen when Sophie was announced for Love Island: All Stars, which came shortly after Marvin was on I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here! last year.
Following the news about her sister, Rochelle wrote: "Got one out the jungle and one going in the villa ... can I not have my evenings to myself please family?!" The presenter included a laughing emoji and one depicting a red heart. Marvin had been voted out of the show, which is based in Australia, just days before the final in December last year. He had appeared alongside the likes of Josie Gibson, who is one of Rochelle's colleagues on ITV 's This Morning.
The latest series of I'm A Celebrity was won by former Made in Chelsea cast member Sam Thompson. He reached the final of the show last year alongside former professional boxer Tony Bellew and former politician Nigel Farage.
