Three Chiefs fans had taken 'several substances' before freezing to death

The toxicology reports from the three Kansas City Chiefs fans who were discovered frozen to death outside of a friend's house last month allegedly contained information about illegal substances.

The relatives of David Harrington, Clayton McGeeney, and Ricky Johnson had been eagerly expecting the report's findings, hoping that they would provide some insight into the three buddies' circumstances before their deaths on January 9 outside Jordan Willis' rental property in Kansas City.

It has been suggested that drug use had a part in their deaths. Following the discovery of his three friends' fatalities, Willis, according to his parents, enrolled himself into a drug recovery center. On January 7, Harrington, 37, Johnson, 38, and McGeeney, 36, all went to his house to watch the Kansas City Chiefs' last regular season game.

It was widely speculated that drugs were the cause of the men's deaths

Two days later, their bodies emerged after Willis' property was broken into by McGeeney's anxious fiancée, who discovered one of them frozen in the yard. When police came, Willis, who was carrying a wine glass and was dressed in underpants, informed them he had been asleep for almost two days and that he had no idea his companions were dead outside.

According to his attorney Andrew Talge, a fifth friend, Alex Waemer-Lee, left the party after the game about eleven p.m. as the other four men were watching "Jeopardy!" Experts informed Fox News that the men may have succumbed to the 30-degree weather and passed out in the snow due to alcohol or drug use.

According to the site, neighbors claimed that two of the men who showed up for the tiny party had two 30-packs of beer with them. In a statement, Kansas City Police said there have been “no additional details of this case or reports revealed to any media, nor are there any plans to at this time."
