Vegan home hunters have the opportunity to capitalise on a bargain price, with a flat available for a mere £340 a month to anyone who doesn't consume animal products.

With the cost of living crisis still at large and property prices continuing to skyrocket, the people of the UK are looking out for affordable homes, with many relocating abroad to sunny destinations like Spain, where this deal of a lifetime has presented itself.

Located in the beautiful city of Pamplona, the flat boasts gorgeous views of the town and costs significantly less than what you'd pay in UK cities. Renowned for its stunning architecture, churches, and remarkable historic district, Casco Viejo, the area is hardly short of things to do. However, the property itself is a 'vegan-only' zone.

The two tenants currently living in the property eat an exclusively plant-based diet and, therefore, only want to share their living space with someone who adheres to their views. In addition, any potential flatmates must be female, speak fluent Spanish and work night shifts.

While this rules out the majority of the British population, if you fit all three categories, then you're in with a real chance of snapping up this bargain deal. An advertisement for the flat shows off a large bedroom, in which the new flatmate would live, featuring a double bed, nightstand and two wardrobes

Further pictures show off the shared living space, which includes a white and yellow kitchen, with lots of cupboard space, as well as an oven and dining table. The flat also features a cosy living room, with a television to catch up with Spanish programmes and a desk. However, anyone wanting to move in will have to be willing to share a bathroom.

Pamplona is a hidden gem of Spanish culture, with the city hosting the annual San Fermin festival. The celebration, which occurs from July 6 - July 14, showcases some of the most traditional practices in the country, such as 'Running with the Bulls', in which locals sprint down narrow streets as actual bulls chase them, in a tradition which is both exciting and dangerous in equal measure.

In addition to joining in with the festivities, living in the flat should be easy enough on a daily basis, with bus stations, supermarkets, restaurants, and a hospital all located nearby. Those interested can find further information on Idealista, where the deal is available for €400 (£340).
