Blac Chyna has taken her transformation serious and now looks unrecognisable.

The star posted a picture on her Instagram Story, weeks after having a serious surgery that caused complications. She started off the New Year sharing with her fans that she had complications during her breast reduction surgery. She shared with fans that one of her breasts got encapsulated during surgery.

The muscle around her breast "contracted around the implant." On Sunday, the star was sitting in a private jet in a casual black and white sweat suit with hood on. She removed her sunglasses, showing off her cheekbones. She was traveling to Ivory Coast, a party event, she was hosting.

Born Angela White, Chyna shared the news of removing her implants in an Instagram post saying: "Yep I did it again." She was wearing a black bra and had a compression wrap on her upper chest. She went on and said: "Quick story time about the breasts. So, earlier this year, I was like, 'You know what, I wanna take out my boobs. I'm over it I'm kinda tired of the fake look they're too big for my body, too big for my frame and it just doesn't fit me as a person anymore.'"

Chyna reduced her implant size from 585 to 385 centimetres during that time. The doctor suggested for her to go "smaller and then smaller" to see how her "skin retracts" and wasn't left with "deformed" breasts or "saggy skin." She said: "One of the worst things that could happen happened. One of my breasts got encapsulated. This is something that can happen whenever you do surgery." She confessed that this had never happen to her before.

She had her second surgery which got her chest down to 190cc in December 2023. She said: "My doctor told me if I don't do some type of implant, basically, my boobs are just going to be mush."

Chyna is a mother of two and shares daughter Dream, 7, with ex Rob Kardashian and her son, King Cairo, 11, whom she shares with ex Tyga. In August 2023, she showed off her figure and debut a much more natural look. Chyna said that she will probably need to get another surgery done in 10 years.
