Justin Timberlake has announced a world tour after releasing a new song and music video.

While promoting his new song, Selfish, on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, he announced that he will be going on a world tour. The news comes after he released the song on all music platforms and the music video. Jimmy was teasing Justin, asking he had anything he wanted to announce on the show.

Justin is currently planning a "one-night-only" show at the Irving Plaza in New York City and told Jimmy that they were still working on the setlist. Jimmy was still poking at the star, and said: "There could be something that the audience might want to hear." Justin was still acting confused and then remembered. He said: "Oh, that. Oh yeah, I'm going on tour."

Fans at the Jimmy Fallon show cheered of excitement and Jimmy emphasized that this was a world tour, The Forget Tomorrow tour. The tour will support Justin's new album Everything I Thought It Was, his first solo album release in more than six years. The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon posted the announcement on TikTok and fans enjoyed the teaser and hoping the singer performs at their state. One person wrote: "Welp looks like I'm going to see him for the 4th time! He puts on an amazing show everytime!" Another person wrote: "I'm begging for Germany to be on that tour list." People were even hoping to see a *NSYNC reunion, as one person wrote: "Why do I feel like NSYNC will be there?!?!"

Justin Timberlake also released a new song

Justin recently announced a one-night-only performance at the Irving Plaza on January 31, his birthday. He made the announcement on his Instagram on Wednesday, January 24 and then released his new song the following day. He also recently performed a one-night-only show in Memphis, Tennessee on January 19. At the show, he played new music for his fans.

The new song and music video come just months after Justin's career was almost ended after the release of Britney Spears' bombshell memoir The Woman in Me. Back in October, the Toxic hitmaker exploited intimate details of her relationship with Justin, who she was with from 1999 until 2002. The book included allegations that both of them had cheated during their romance.
