Cristiano Ronaldo has added a plush Ferrari worth nearly half a million pounds to his stunning fleet of supercars.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner, now plying his trade in Saudi Arabia with Al-Nassr, has amassed a staggering collection throughout his prestigious career. A sleek dark blue Ferrari Purosangue is the latest edition, as Ronaldo shared a picture of himself standing alongside the swanky motor to his 617million Instagram followers on Thursday.

Now 38, the Portugal captain - who's hoping to lead his nation to glory at the European Championships in Germany this summer - stood with a smile while wearing his £1,750 Gucci tracksuit. But Ronaldo's new Ferrari is far from his most expensive supercar, as his limited edition Bugatti Centodieci takes that honour at £8.5m.

The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus striker - who earns an incredible £173m per year at Al-Nassr - certainly loves a Bugatti, as he's also previously purchased a £2.5m Bugatti Chiron and a £1.8m-priced Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse. Ronaldo owns a snazzy Ferrari Monza worth £1.4m and a black McLaren Senna, setting him back a cool £1m.

But how many supercars does he have in total? Well, even the man himself doesn't know. "20, maybe 17. I don't know," Ronaldo admitted during his infamous interview with Piers Morgan. "[I have] two [Bugattis]. Ferraris? Two. [McLarens], two. [Rolls Royces], two. Two, two, two, two, two, two."

His favourite supercar? "Rolls Royce. It's more comfortable and I like it and it doesn't hurt my back," the 38-year-old, who was gifted a £250,000 Rolls Royce Phantom by girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez in 2022, explained to friend Morgan on Talk TV. "So it's perfect."

Ronaldo has spent the last year plying his trade in the Middle East and been the poster boy for the cash-rich Saudi Pro League which has attracted a hoard of big-name players over the past 12 months. The Sporting Lisbon academy product scored a marvellous 54 goals in 2023, including three hat-tricks.

Out of action since the day before New Year's Eve due to the winter break, the next time we'll see Ronaldo on the pitch will be against eternal rival Lionel Messi of Inter Miami. They'll play a friendly in Riyadh, where Al-Nassr are based, on Thursday, February 1.
