Professional dancer Vito Coppola has started a new business venture after his Strictly Come Dancing win.

The BBC star is now flogging personalised videos to his fans just a month after taking home the Glitterball trophy with Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach. He has set up an account on Cameo, which allows fans to request video messages from their favourite celebrities. Vito is charging £79 per video on the platform.

His bio reads: "Ciao! My name is Vito and I am a pro dancer on Strictly Come Dancing. Feel free to send your video requests and I’ll be happy to do them for you. Thank you. Baci e abbracci." Vito, 31, says he would do birthday messages, pep talks, a roast, give advice or answer a question from fans.

The dancer has received rave reviews from people who have purchased his clips. One said: "This made my daughter's Xmas. It was emotional but she was jumping up and down like an excited puppy." Another added: "Great stuff Vito. Thanks for a charming, and authentic video for your fans. What a pro."

Vito joins fellow Strictly stars who are also on the platform. Head judge Shirley Ballas charges £99 per video, while professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin does the personalised clips for £74. Fleur East and Neil Jones also charge their fans £55.

Dancer Vito won over the nation during the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing with his skills and chemistry with Ellie. They have been battling romance rumours since they were paired together on the show. Vito and Ellie recently reunited after spending time apart for the festive period.

They have denied dating rumours but have spent a lot of time sharing sweet tributes about each other and speaking highly of each other in interviews. Ellie and Vito recently joined Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2 to open up about their whirlwind year. The actress admitted that when she discovered she was being paired with Vito, she immediately ran and jumped into his arms.

Ellie said she felt "instant chemistry" with the professional dancer - which continued to grow every week they were in the BBC competition. Vito recalled: "The first day when we were paired we just run towards each other, Ellie jumped on me." Ellie responded: "When we found out we were partners we were just so excited. I couldn't contain my excitement."

The professional dancer then gushed: "I could tell straight away Ellie had potential. I felt since day one, since the first moment, the only thing was making her believe in herself, you have that inside, your soul is there, you are well coordinated, you could do well, just trust me because I believe in you."

Ellie paid tribute to her dance partner and friend Vito after they won the show. She said: "Words cannot describe how I am feeling right now and I cannot believe we have just won Strictly Come Dancing 2023. It’s been a life-changing opportunity and I’ve had the time of my life dancing with Vito every week. It has been so special and to be able to do it with such a great teacher has made it an experience I will never forget. Thank you so much for that, Vito, and thank you for finding the dancer in me."
