Strictly Come Dancing star Dianne Buswell made a shocking confession about her famous red hair in a new post.

The professional dancer is known for her fiery red locks but admitted she isn't a huge fan of the colour. Taking to her Instagram page, the 34-year-old shared a mirror selfie while wearing a bright red sports bra, matching leggings and red headphones to go with her bright hair.

In the selfie, she shrugged as she wrote in the caption: "Fun fact!!!! Red is actually one of my least favourite colours." Dianne's had the same hair colour for many years and sometimes surprises fans when she wears wigs of a different colour while performing on Strictly Come Dancing.

In early October, while performing with dance partner Bobby Brazier, Dianne rocked a brown wig. At the time, fans loved the colour and begged her to make the change full-time. Some fans had to double-check it was Dianne too, admitting they barely recognised her.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: "Wow Bobby and Dianne that was hot!! Where have those hips been and Dianne I didn’t even recognise her one word amazing!! For me a 9!" Another fan tweeted: "Dianne looks so good with brown hair omg," as a third wrote: "WOAHHH Dianne with brown hair looks stunning."

Another fan commented: "Diane’s hair!!!!!" while a further tweet read: "It’s time for Dianne to leave the red hair behind because she looks INCREDIBLE brunette oh my god." The comments kept on coming too, with one reading: "BRUNETTE DIANNE NO ONE BREATHE," as another commented: "I can’t get used to Dianne's brown hair."

Last week, Dianne shared a sweet selfie of herself cosying up to her boyfriend Joe Sugg after her dance partner Bobby described her as the "love of his life". After missing out on lifting the Glitterball Trophy last month to Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola, Dianne and Bobby are ready to go again as they prepare to embark on the Strictly live tour.

But YouTuber Joe made sure that the 34-year-old only has eyes for him after she gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into their private lives. Capturing a moment for her one million fans, the pair were seen smiling as they went for a walk in the country just days after returning from Australia where they spent quality time with Dianne's cancer-stricken dad, Mark.

Throughout their Strictly journey Bobby never shied away from showing his affection towards Dianne, admitting he "loved" her on spin-off It Takes Two and admitting she was his "Juliet". It sparked rumours that the pair were set to fall foul of the so-called Strictly curse - which Dianne persistently shut down with loved-up updates with Joe.
