Tupac Shakur's murder suspect was recorded saying that watching the emergency responders was "funny as a motherf**ker.”

Gangster Keefe D is on trial for his alleged involvement in the night's events. While Keefe denies the murder charge, he's on video and recording multiple times confessing to playing a part in that fateful night. For example, in 2008 he gave a two-hour interview to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Keefe believed that everything he said was under immunity, but a recent ruling changed the game. The tape is now being deemed permissible as evidence in the trial against him, meaning the jury can consider everything he said, including his taunting of Tupac's death.

In the tape, obtained by The Sun, Keefe revealed that the group that was in the car that pulled up next to Tupac and Suge Knight before someone shot them was actually witness to the emergency responders arriving on scene. "You think I am bulls**tting you?" he asked to the interviewer.

He explained:“We are on Las Vegas Boulevard at the crosswalk and they pulled up damn right next to us with Tupac and Suge in the car - this close.”

Keefe also admitted they weren't worried about being caught or seen by the pair. In fact, they "didn't give a f**k." He went on to laugh at the situation, saying: "The ambulance was parked right here next to us. That s**t was as funny as a motherf**ker.”

The trial for his involvement in the murder is expected to commence in June. For the time being, he was granted bail set at $750,000 with house monitoring after his legal counsel argued that he wasn't a flight risk nor a threat to others.

Prosecutors were worried that Keefe being out could intimidate or otherwise jeopardize their witnesses. Nonetheless, the judge granted Keefe the chance to be at his home before the legal proceedings.

This isn't the first time the audio recordings have been heard by the public. Snippets of the interview were used in the documentary Murder Rap: Inside the Biggie and Tupac Murders. The producer of the documentary was also a lead investigator on the case.

He told The Sun: "When we released parts of that proffer deal audio, the public were shocked... Now the whole two-and-a-half hour recording has been entered in evidence, the public can hear from Keefe D himself of his involvement in that fateful night.”
