A tumultuous week for Lauryn Goodman has just taken another downward spiral with reports her own family have turned against her.

This week the benefits cheat sparked headlines when it was reported married Manchester City footballer Kyle Walker was the real father of her second baby. The pair already share one child together following a fling during Kyle's brief separation from childhood sweetheart Annie Kilner in 2019.

Following the ensuing furore, it has now been reported, Lauryn has been snubbed by her sister Chloe and her footballer fiancé, Grant Hall, who have washed their hands of the drama.

Lauryn first sparked speculation about Kyle, 33, who is the father if her son Kairo after posing a series of clues on social media. Last week, Annie announced that she was taking time away from Kyle after 12 years together, in an Instagram post which confirmed their separation.

Lauryn welcomed her second child in June 2023, but has not publicly disclosed who the father is but since Annie's announcement last Wednesday, she has started dropping hints as to who is the dad of her daughter. Now her sister reportedly wants to keep her distance from the saga, with Rotherham United star Grant wanting her to give space to Lauryn and not get dragged into her paternity problems.

Lauryn's other sister, Amelia, is always reportedly snubbing her sister following the latest rumours as Lauryn finds herself ostracised by her siblings. A source told The Sun : "Grant wants to be supportive of Chloe and is upset to see how much distress all of the Lauryn and Kyle drama has caused for her. Earlier this week, he decided to unfollow Lauryn on Instagram and it doesn’t look like they are going to mend bridges anytime soon."

The publication also reported that they source said that Grant was bothered by speculation in the dressing room about his sister-in-law. They said: "It's awkward for Grant too as Kyle is a fellow football player, and it’s all people are talking about in the locker room. He doesn’t want anything to do with it, it’s embarrassing for the whole family."

As Lauryn's family members turn their back on her on social media, on Friday Kyle used his public account to issue a grovelling apology to Annie.

The footballer wrote: "Annie is an amazing woman, and I can only apologise for the upset I've caused her. She's been part of my life for so long, and that will never change for the sake of our children. I would ask for privacy for all of our family, and especially our young children, whilst we work through these difficult times."

This follows Annie's original statement in which she said that their two-year marriage was coming to an end. She wrote in her announcement: "Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together; I have decided to take some time away from Kyle. I do not wish to comment on the position any further. For now, I ask that the privacy of myself and our three young children is respected during this difficult time."

Lauryn is no stranger to scandal having been caught in a benefits scam. In 2019, Lauryn avoided jail after swindling £21,000 in benefits to fund a luxury lifestyle that included a £3,500 trip to Las Vegas. She claimed housing benefit and income support for three years despite having other streams of income.

In September 2023 it was reported that Kyle Walker had splashed out £2.5million on a seaside mansion for Lauryn to live in with her two children.
